Nutkin's Story
Nutkin arrived at Manaia Kindergarten in September 2007. Our friends in America - (Kindergarten Tales, in Carol Stream, Illinois) - wrote a post on their blog about squirrels. Our children commented that we did not have squirrels in New Zealand - so Cindy and her class sent us our very own squirrel - who we named - Nutkin.
Nutkin is a vital member of our Kindergarten team and has visited many of our children's homes. This blog celebrates Nutkins adventures - as told by the children, families and teachers of Manaia Kindergarten.

Hi Joshua, what a great movie you have made with Nutkin. I hope you had fun making it at kindergarten, what great technology you have available to you at kindergarten. Well done all you great people at Manaia Kindergarten we as parents really appreciate all the hard work you are doing with the wonderful children at your kindergarten.
Great movie, Nutkin sure has been busy!! looks like he enjojs the bath too.
