Shea, I enjoyed seeing what Nutkin did at your house. I laughed when I saw him dressed as a girl. Silly Nutkin! I hope he didn't get his little paws burned on the grill. I wonder how on earth he got all of tail in the teapot? Silly squirrel. Thanks for sharing.
Nutkin arrived at Manaia Kindergarten in September 2007. Our friends in America - (Kindergarten Tales, in Carol Stream, Illinois) - wrote a post on their blog about squirrels. Our children commented that we did not have squirrels in New Zealand - so Cindy and her class sent us our very own squirrel - who we named - Nutkin.
Nutkin is a vital member of our Kindergarten team and has visited many of our children's homes. This blog celebrates Nutkins adventures - as told by the children, families and teachers of Manaia Kindergarten.
